Lisa opened All About Monroe on April 1, 2017 with her mother and a simple idea: bring real medical aesthetics to Habersham County without losing the warmth of a hometown salon. She still treats every injectable client personally.

What services does All About Monroe offer?
All About Monroe offers medical aesthetics, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, massage therapy, hair and nails in one building. That means Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal filler and microneedling; semaglutide, tirzepatide, phentermine and B-12; RN-guided peptide protocols; Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone and lymphatic massage; and cuts, colour, styling, manicures, pedicures and waxing. It is the only practice in Northeast Georgia combining all of it under one roof with a Registered Nurse on site.
Where are you located?
We are at 1507 Central Ave, Demorest, GA 30535, on Central Avenue near Piedmont University. We sit a block from downtown Demorest between Georgia Street and Alabama Street, just off Historic Highway 441, with free parking on site.
Who performs the medical treatments?
Lisa Downs Smith, RN — a Registered Nurse and the owner of the practice — performs the injectable, weight loss and peptide treatments personally. She founded All About Monroe on April 1, 2017 and assesses every medical client herself before anything is prescribed or injected.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes, every medical service begins with a consultation. We review your health history, medications and goals, confirm the treatment is appropriate for you, and quote your exact cost before anything begins. Salon and massage services can be booked directly without one.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Demorest, Cornelia, Clarkesville, Baldwin, Alto, Mount Airy and the wider Habersham County area. Clients also drive in regularly from Toccoa and Gainesville — Cornelia is about five minutes away and Clarkesville about fifteen.
