01

Injectables & medical aesthetics

Neurotoxin, dermal filler and microneedling, all performed by an RN.

How long does Botox and filler last?

Botox typically lasts three to six months and dermal filler lasts six months to two years. Longevity depends on the area treated, your metabolism and how much movement the area gets — lips need touch-ups sooner than cheeks.

What is the difference between Botox, Dysport and Xeomin?

All three are botulinum toxin type A and all three relax the muscles that create expression lines. Botox is the most established and usually lasts three to four months, Dysport has a thinner formulation that spreads more easily across broad areas like the forehead, and Xeomin is a purified formulation with no added proteins.

Does it hurt to get injections?

Most clients describe a brief pinch or sting rather than pain. We apply topical numbing before treatment, and for lip filler we allow extra time for it to take full effect.

Is there downtime after injectables?

Most clients return to normal activity the same day. Small bumps, pinpoint redness or mild swelling are common for a few hours; bruising is possible with filler and can take several days to fade.

Who performs the injections?

Lisa Downs Smith, RN — a Registered Nurse and the owner of the practice — performs the injectable treatments personally. Every appointment starts with a facial assessment before anything is injected.

02

Medical weight loss

GLP-1 medications managed in person, with real screening and follow-up.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Results vary by person, medication and adherence, and we do not guarantee an outcome. GLP-1 medications work by reducing appetite and slowing gastric emptying, and they work best alongside adequate protein, resistance training and consistent follow-up visits.

Do I need a consultation before starting a weight loss medication?

Yes. Every weight loss program begins with an in-person visit that reviews your medical history, current medications, weight history and goals before anything is prescribed. Some histories make GLP-1 medication inappropriate, and that screening is the point of the visit.

What are the common side effects?

Nausea, constipation, reflux and fatigue are the most common, and they are usually strongest in the first weeks after a dose increase. We start low, titrate slowly and adjust the plan if side effects interfere with your daily life.

How often will I be seen?

You will be seen regularly throughout the program for weight checks, dose review and side-effect management. That in-person cadence is the main difference between our program and a mail-order telehealth subscription.

03

Peptide therapy

Targeted protocols used alongside, not instead of, medical care.

What is peptide therapy?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules, prompting the body to carry out specific processes such as tissue repair or growth hormone release. Protocols are chosen based on your goal and your health history during a consultation.

How long before I notice anything?

Most people evaluate a peptide protocol over a period of weeks to months, not days. Sleep and recovery changes are typically noticed first; body-composition changes take longer and depend heavily on training and nutrition.

Is peptide therapy right for everyone?

No. Peptide therapy is not appropriate for every health history, and it is never a replacement for treatment your physician has prescribed. We screen for that during the consultation and will tell you if it is not a fit.

04

Massage & salon

Bodywork, hair and nails in the same building as the medical suite.

Which type of massage should I book?

Book deep tissue for persistent knots and chronic tension, Swedish for relaxation and circulation, and therapeutic when you have a specific injury or restriction. If you are unsure, book a 60-minute therapeutic session and Yolanda will adjust the approach after assessing you.

Can I combine a medical treatment and a salon service in one visit?

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons clients come here. Scheduling is coordinated so an injectable appointment, a massage and a hair or nail service can be stacked into a single trip — just mention it when you book so we can allow enough time.

Do you take walk-ins for hair and nails?

We work primarily by appointment so your stylist or technician has the time your service actually needs. Call the studio and we will fit you in as soon as the schedule allows.

05

Pricing, booking & policies

The practical answers, without the runaround.

How much do treatments cost?

It depends on the treatment and, for injectables, on how much product your result actually requires — which is why we quote at consultation rather than publishing a single number. Massage gives you concrete anchors: Swedish is $55 for 30 minutes, $90 for 60 and $115 for 90; deep tissue is $65, $100 and $130; therapeutic is $55, $95 and $125; prenatal is $95 for 60 minutes; hot stone is $55 for 30 minutes. Neurotoxin is priced per unit and dermal filler per syringe, so two people asking for the same look can pay very different amounts. Bring your budget to the consultation and we will tell you honestly what it can and cannot achieve.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, and every medical service starts with one. A consultation covers your history, an assessment of the area or the goal, a realistic plan and an exact price before anything is scheduled or administered.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Plan for a longer appointment than a routine follow-up. You will complete intake paperwork, review your medical history and current medications, discuss what you want to change, and get a treatment plan with pricing. Where it is appropriate to treat the same day, we often can.

How do I book an appointment?

Request an appointment through the form on this site and we will confirm by text within one business day, book instantly through our online booking system, or call (706) 839-7975 during business hours. No card is required to request an appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so the time can be offered to another client. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to hold future appointments.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates are available for any service or in any dollar amount, and can be purchased in the studio or arranged by phone at (706) 839-7975.

Where are you located and what are your hours?
